Apricot Mornings is owned by Jack C Hurley a local resident and business man since 1969. On Valentines day 2003 Jack’s wife of 37 years, LawrEl, became instantly disabled and now requires 24/7 care for all daily living activities. In the 5 years since her disability Jack has experienced much. Finding quality care givers, dealing with doctors, insurance, medications as well as the emotions of such a situation. This journey is the inspiration behind Apricot Mornings Residential Living.
"I want to provide a family like atmosphere for our residents and assist their families through this transition time. This experience need not be traumatic for the resident or the family. When provided with the right services and the right information this can be the true ‘beginning of a brand new day’" says Jack
From Medication management to an on-call-home-visit doctor Apricot Mornings strives to create a warm, loving and stress free experience for all the family members.
